Kunle Afolayan is the son of Nigeria's foremost theatre Director and Producer, Adeyemi Josiah Afolayan,popularly refer to as Ade Love. Kunle achieved fame in the movie sector. 

A graduate of Economics, Kunle Afolayan worked in the banking sector while he had his eye on the acting industry. He practiced acting on a part time while still working in the bank,featuring in Tunde Kelani's movie saworoide which was shot in 1998. 

While still in the banking sector his passion for acting increased on a daily basis,which resulted in the movie entrepreneur finally quieting is job in 2005 to face is passion which is Acting and film making.
He gained formal film making education and training from New York film Academy. And in july 2005,movie producer, Kunle Afolayan founded golden effect pictures limited, The film production company later to release high profile movies that will come to put Nigeria movie industry, Nollywood in high  esteem. His first movie as a film maker was released; titled Irapada (meaning Redemption in youruba dialect). 

Since then the Nollywood Producer has never looked back,His movies are arguably one of the best in Nigeria, with high quality picture and sound,great story line,awesome casting and interpretation. In 2009 He produced and released The Figurine, which enjoyed huge success across movie and Cinema across Nigeria and beyond, the movie won 5 awards at the African Film Academy. Other Notable release are Phone swap,October 1.

Is a Nigerian Nollywood actress born to the Family of Mr. and Mrs. Oluwashola 

in Lagos February 7th 1978, she had her Primary education at Chrisland School in 

Opebi, Ikeja  Local Government Area of Lagos State between 1981-1987,finished 

Primary education at Oxford Children School in 1987.

Young Omotola Jalade had her secondary school education in Kaduna ,Northern 

State Nigeria at Command Secondary School between 1988 to 1993.

In 2004 Omotola Jalade Ekeinde graduated from Yaba College of Technology where 

she read Estate Management.

Omotola began her acting career in 1995, featuring in Venom of Justice, Also in 

1995 she featured in a movie directed by Reginald Ebere, "Mortal Inheritance", 

where she played a sickle cell patient saddled with the struggles to stay alive 

and succeed against all odds.A movie which won her "The Best Actress in an 

English Speaking Movie" and the "Best Actress Overall" at the 1997 THEMA (The 

Movie Awards). Omotola was the youngest Nigerian actress in that period to be 

bestowed with such honours(Source: Wikipedia).

Omotola, After her exploits in 1995 movie "Mortal inheritance" went on to act in 

major blockbuster Nigerian movies; winning the 2005 African Movie Academy Awards 

Best actress in a supporting role.

Omotola Jalade is among the biggest and most successful actress in Both Nigeria 

and Africa, having starred in Over 300 home videos and movies.

Her latest movies between 2010 and 2014 includes:

  •  Ije: The Journey Released 2010, co-starring Genevieve Nnaji
  • Ties that binds Released 2011 featuring fellow actress Ama K, Kimberly Elise
  • ast Flight to Abuja, released in 2012, also starring Jide Kosoko, Hakeem

  • Phone swap, produced by prolific Movie producer, Kunle Afolayan in 2012.

In 2005, Omotola began her music career, releasing her sophomre album; Me, 

Myself and Eyes which was produced by Del'b and Nigerian Music 

sensation,singer,songwriter and producer Paul I.K Dairo. The 2005 album had hit 

songs such as "Naija Lowa" "Feel Alright" The album did not gain the desired 

impression in Nigeria at the time.

Omotola got married to captain Mathew Ekeinde in 1996 and are blessed with 

children; Princess Ekeinde, M.J Ekeinde,Meraiah Ekeinde and Michael Ekeinde
